A lesson can be cancelled or rearranged up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. To cancel or rearrange a lesson, please contact me as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email.
If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time, the lesson cannot normally be rearranged and the full lesson fee will apply.
However, I understand that unexpected situations can happen. Therefore, each student is offered two fee-waiver opportunities per academic year, from 1st September to 31st August, for lessons cancelled within 24 hours.
If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notification, this will be treated as a no-show.
In the case of a no-show, the full lesson fee will be charged, and the two annual fee-waiver opportunities do not apply.
